These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jasminei.com, and any products, coaching, content, or services purchased from Jasmine I. ("Jasmine I.," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship located at 310 Concession Rd 13 W, Tiny, ON L0L 2J0, Canada. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services
Jasmine I. provides content, coaching, digital products, and/or community resources related to ADHD education and support. Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health condition.

2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments
All payments are processed through secure, legally compliant, PCI-DSS-certified third-party payment gateways. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.

4. SMS Messaging Program Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Jasmine I., you agree to the following terms governing our SMS messaging program:

  • Program Description. Our SMS program sends order and account updates and, where you have separately consented, promotional and marketing messages related to ADHD content, coaching, and products.

  • Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may opt back in at any time by re-submitting your consent through our website.

  • Help / Support. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact our support team directly at jasmine@jasminei.com.

  • Message Frequency and Rates. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the services you use. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Jasmine I. is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

  • Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.

  • Age Restriction. Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

  • Privacy. Your mobile information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on jasminei.com and across our social media channels, including text, graphics, videos, and coaching materials, is the property of Jasmine I. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. No Professional Relationship
Nothing in our content, coaching, or communications creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship between you and Jasmine I.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasmine I. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable U.S. consumer protection or telecommunications law (such as TCPA/CTIA rules for U.S. recipients) governs SMS messaging practices.
